These notices form part of this policy and hold equal legal effect.

You may refuse to provide certain personal information, but this may affect our ability to offer specific services. 1 How We Collect and Use Personal Information

1.1 Account Services

1.1.1 Registration and Login

You may register and log in to this app using a third-party account. If you haven’t previously registered, logging in with your mobile number via a third-party platform will automatically create an account for this app. You can then use this account to access the app and its services.

By registering or logging in with a third-party account, you authorize us to access your information on that platform (such as profile picture, nickname, and other authorized data) to create a linked account. In some cases, we may need to verify and bind your mobile number to confirm the authenticity and association of the third-party account.

1.1.2 App Account Services

This app uses a unified account system. Your registered account serves as your credential for accessing the app. Collecting your mobile number is necessary to comply with national laws requiring real-name verification. If you refuse to provide your mobile number, we may not be able to offer services such as content publishing (e.g., videos, comments) or generative AI features.

1.1.3 Public Account Information

You may voluntarily complete your profile with a personal bio. Not providing this information won’t affect your use of the app.

If we issue a violation notice, we may disclose the nickname and other public information of the violating account.

1.2 AI Content Generation Services

1.2.1 Service Content

We use artificial intelligence (AI) models to provide content generation services (e.g., images, audio, video). To deliver these services, we collect data you voluntarily provide, such as biometric data (e.g., facial features, voiceprints), text, images, audio, video, and instructions. We analyze this data to generate content that matches your input. After applying encryption and de-identification techniques to ensure the data cannot be traced back to individuals, we may use it to optimize our models.

When using AI features (e.g., importing materials, exporting generated content), we may request access to your photo album or storage. If you deny access, you won’t be able to use these features, but other app functions will remain available.

To enable these features, your uploaded materials may be processed on our servers. Some features require analysis of facial or voice data. Rest assured, we do not extract or store sensitive biometric data, and all processing is encrypted and secure.

1.2.2 Models and Algorithms

To provide diverse features, you can click here to view the models and algorithms we use, including their registration status, basic principles, intended purposes, and operating mechanisms. This helps ensure your right to know and choose.

1.3 Content Browsing and Search

When you browse content, we record your usage. If you’re not logged in, we use device identifiers to track clicks, views, downloads, shares, and feedback. If logged in, we use your account to record interactions like views, likes, comments, and shares.

When you search, we collect and analyze your search queries and logs. To improve relevance, we sort results based on factors like content relevance and timeliness. Some results may be personalized based on your search and browsing history.

To enhance search efficiency, some data may be temporarily stored on your device. You can view and delete local search history via the search icon.

When playing videos, we may use device sensors (e.g., gravity, accelerometer, gyroscope) to detect screen orientation.

1.4 Content Publishing

When you voluntarily upload or publish audio, video, or other content through this app, we will request access to your photo album based on the specific features and services you use. If you deny this permission, you will not be able to use the corresponding publishing functions; however, this will not affect your ability to use other features of the app. The content you publish will display your nickname, profile picture, and other related information. To continuously improve our product and services, enhance the content ecosystem, interaction quality, and user experience, we will analyze the performance of your publicly published audio and video content—such as duration, views, interactions, and usage—and may publicly display certain statistical data.

1.5 Other Features

1.5.1 Message Notifications

You acknowledge and agree that, during the operation of our products and/or services, we may use the contact information you provide (e.g., phone number) to send you various types of notifications. These may include service messages, identity verification, security checks, and user experience surveys. Additionally, we may send you promotional information about services, features, or activities that may interest you via SMS or phone calls. Rest assured, if you prefer not to receive such messages, you can unsubscribe using the opt-out instructions provided in the SMS or contact us directly to opt out. We may also push notifications to your device regarding your account activity, updates from users or content you follow, and recommended content. You can choose to disable notifications for this app in your device settings.

1.5.2 Sharing and Interaction

When you share or receive shared content, participate in activities, or engage in similar interactions, the app may locally access your clipboard to write or read command codes, share tokens, or links. This enables features such as navigation, sharing, and activity integration. The app will only upload clipboard content to our servers if it locally detects that the content is related to app-specific commands (e.g., sharing or activity links). Apart from this, the app will not upload any other clipboard or photo album data to our servers.

Some mobile operating systems may display alerts indicating that the app is accessing your clipboard or photo album. These alerts may not distinguish between local processing and server uploads, and due to differences in statistical methods, false positives may occur. If you encounter such alerts and have concerns, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

We are committed to providing you with a safe and trustworthy product environment, and delivering high-quality, reliable services and information is our core objective. We will take necessary measures to record, analyze, and respond to such incidents in accordance with legal requirements.

Cookies and device identifiers are commonly used technologies in the internet industry. When you use this app and related services, we may use these technologies to send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device in order to collect and identify information about your access and usage of the app. We promise not to use cookies for any purposes other than those stated in this Privacy Policy. (3)Security and Prudence: We carefully assess the purpose of data usage by our partners, evaluate their security capabilities, and require them to comply with legal agreements. We also conduct strict security monitoring of software development kits (SDKs) and application programming interfaces (APIs) used by partners to protect data security.

Third-Party Information Sharing List
